Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the bonding strength of the primary molded part and secondary molded part of a resin product having the primary molded part primarily molded from a thermoplastic resin and the secondary molded part secondarily molded on the primary molded part from a thermoplastic resin whose material quality is different from that of the thermoplastic resin on the primary side.
CONSTITUTION: The melting temp. of the thermoplastic resin of a secondary molded part 5 is set so as to be higher than that of the thermoplastic resin of a primary molded part 3 and the projection parts 11b welded to the bonding surface with the secondary molded part 5 when the secondary molded part 5 is formed are primarily molded on the primary molded part 3.
