Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat capable of surely joining upper and lower members without an increase in manufacturing process.SOLUTION: In a resin product formed by joining resin components, a joint portion of one resin component and a joint portion of the other resin component are joined to each other in contact with each other, the joint portion of the one resin component has a groove portion, a joint surface extending along one side of the groove portion and an engagement wall portion that extends to one side of the joint surface and projects toward the other side, the joint portion of the other resin component has a groove portion, a joint surface extending along one side of the groove portion, an engagement step portion that extends to one side of the joint surface and is recessed toward the other side, and a rib-like projection that extends to one side of the engagement step portion and projects toward one side, and in a state where the joint portion of the one resin component and the joint portion of the other resin component are brought into contact with each other, a cavity portion is formed of the groove portion of the one resin component and the groove portion of the other resin component, and the resin components are joined to each other by a resin for adhesion injected from the other side toward the cavity portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
