Abstract:
To provide a resin-sealed electric component which can easily secure insulation while achieving both reduction in size and high heat resistance.SOLUTION: A resin-sealed electric component includes a first electric component 2 and a second electric component 3 adjacent to the first electric component 2. A first bus bar 4 is connected to one electrode 2a of the first electric component 2, and a second bus bar 5 is connected to the other electrode 2b of the first electric component 2. The first bus bar 4 extends to a side face 2c from the electrode 2a of the first electric component 2, a first insulating member 8, a heat dissipation member 7, and a second insulating member 9 are positioned from the side of the side face 2c between the side face 2c of the first electric component 2 and the first bus bar 4, a third bus bar 6 is connected to the second electric component 3, and the second insulating member 9 has an extension part 93 that extends to a direction of the second electric component 3 from the side face 2c of the first electric component 2, and is interposed between the first electric component 2 and the second electric component 3 and between the second electric component 3 and the third bus bar 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
