To provide a resin sheet and a laminate excellent in handleability and also excellent in thermal conductivity and processability.
The resin sheet 2 contains a thermoplastic elastomer (A), a first inorganic filler (B) having thermal conductivity of 10 W/m K or more and new Mohs hardness of 3.1 or more, and at least one material (C) of an organic resin filler (C1) and a second inorganic filler (C2) having new Mohs hardness of 3 or less. In the resin sheet 2, the content of the first inorganic filler (B) is 20-60 vol.% and the content of the material (C) is 1-40 vol.%. The laminate 1 includes the resin sheet 2, a heating part 3 laminated on one surface 2a of the resin sheet 2, and a metal housing or a heat dissipation part 4 laminated on another surface 2b of the resin sheet 2.
