Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet molding system having a high finishing accuracy of a trimmed product and a long lifetime of a trimming machine or the like by lowering a frequency of starting and stopping the machine without accelerating an operating speed of the machine.
SOLUTION: The resin sheet molding system comprises a molding machine 11 for molding a resin sheet 21, the trimming machine 14 for trimming a molding installed at an interval rear of the molding machine 11, and a controller for executing an operation at a mean operating speed calculated based on a molding cycle time of the molding machine 11, controlling the operation of the trimming machine 14 so as to execute an accelerating operation at a preset accelerating ratio as needed and eliminating a deviation caused by a difference of speeds for treating the sheet 21 in the molding machines 11 and the trimming machine 14.
