To provide a resin-supported catalyst excellent in the repeatability and utilization efficiency of the catalyst.

The resin-supported catalyst comprises: a hardened material of a thermosetting resin having a phenolic hydroxy group; and fine particles supported on the surface of the hardened material of the thermosetting resin and having catalytic activity. The thermosetting resin having 30-500 g/eq of a phenolic hydroxy group equivalent is used. The fine particles having catalytic activity contain at least any one kind of a metal, a metal oxide and a metal compound.
