PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin wire for a seat pad capable of obtaining good rigidity and tenacity and to provide a vehicle seat pad including the same.SOLUTION: The resin wire 20 for a seat pad that is embedded in a vehicle seat pad provided in a vehicle seat as an inserting wire includes a core wire 40a comprising an organic fiber 40 (for example; polyester fiber, polyolefin fiber, polyamide fiber, aramid fiber, polyimide fiber, acrylic fiber, vinylon fiber, polyparaphenylenebenzobisoxazole fiber, etc.) and an inorganic fiber 50(for example; glass fiber, carbon fiber, basalt fiber, ceramic fiber, etc.) covering a periphery of the core wire 40a.
