Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check a joining area from deforming to a space part side by the influence of a resin molding pressure at a secondary molding and make it possible to simply check the short molding of a secondary molding resin to the joining area in a resinous hollow product, which is produced by joining two split bodies into an integral body by the secondary molding.
SOLUTION: In two split bodies 240 and 241, at the joining area of one split body 240, an inner peripheral side projecting part 249 locating on the inner peripheral side of an emply chamber part 243 is formed, while at the joining area of the other split body 241, a supporting projecting part 245 for supporting this projecting part 249 and an outer peripheral side projecting part 242 projecting towards the one split body 240 side are formed. Further, a secondary molding resin exposing part 224, at which a secondary molding resin 244 poured in the emply chamber part 243 is directly exposed outside, is formed inside the tip part of the outer peripheral side projecting part 242.
