PURPOSE: To enhance developability even in the case of a low acid value and nonelectrolytic gold plating resistance and the like of the obtained hardened product by incorporating a polycarboxylic resin having, specified unsaturated groups, a photopolymerization initiator, a diluent, and an oxidizing agent.
CONSTITUTION: This polycarboxylic resin having unsaturated groups is obtained by allowing an epoxy compound (a) having ≥2 epoxy groups in one molecule to react with a compound having ≥2 hydroxyl groups and one reactive group reactive with the epoxy group but except a hydroxyl group in one molecule (b) and a monocarboxylic acid having an unsaturated group (c) and allowing the obtained reaction product to react with a polybasic acid anhydride (d). It is preferred to allow the compounds (b) and (c) to react with the epoxy compound (a) in a equivalent ratio of 0.8-1.3:1 and to control a molar ratio of (c)/[(b)+(c)] to 0.05-0.5.
