Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the resistance value among lands of a very small diameter by four-terminal method. SOLUTION: A circuit board tester 1, for measuring the resistance value between a land 22a formed on the back side Pb of a package board P and a land 21a connected via a through-hole 23 to the land 22a by the four-terminal method, comprises a probe 16a having insulated contacts E1, E2 contactable to the land 22a, a conductive rubber mat 13 covering a surface Pa conductively with the land 22a, and a probe 12a insulatively piercing the mat 13, to contact the land 21a. With a specified current flowing between the mat 13 and the contact E1, a voltage between the probe 12a piercing the mat 13 for contacting the land 21a and the contact E2 is measured to measure the resistance value, based on the measured voltage and the value of the specified current.
