PURPOSE: To perform measurements at the approximately same time by expediting the measuring speeds of insulation resistances and performing the high-speed processing at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: A resistance measuring device 1 comprises a controller 10, a bias-voltage applying part 2, many samples 3, 3..., a detector (current detector) 4, which is provided for every sample 3 and detects the current flowing through the sample 3, a scanner 5 comprising a static relay connected to the detectors 4,an A/D converter 6, which is connected to the scanner 5, and a recorder 11, which records the insulation resistance of every measured sample 3. Since the current, which is detected with the detector 4, is switched to the high speed with the scanner 5, the insulation resistance of each sample 3 can be measured at the very high speed.
