Title:
RESISTANCE WELDING GUN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010005648
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a resistance welding gun, in which an arm is remarkably easily replaced and a pair of electrode-tips is arranged at a position where the tips are opposite to each other though the gun has a simple structure and is easily manufactured.

A rotary shaft part 4b of an arm 4 is fitted in a shaft hole 10a formed in an arm holder 10. Then, the rotary shaft part 4b is positioned so that a projection member 15 formed projectingly on the arm 4 is guided to a first recessed part 17b formed on a position controlling member 17. Next, in such a state that the projection member 15 is in contact with a first angle adjusting screw 18a1 embedded in the bottom of the first recessed part 17b, a clamp lever 16 is turned, for example, in the clockwise direction to reduce the clearance of a slit 19. Thereby, the rotary shaft part 4b of the arm 4 is firmly fixed to the arm holder 10, and further those two electrode-tips, which are arranged opposite to each other, are made to correctly face each other.
