To provide a fireproof/fire resistant panel, and a fire door, superior in fireproof/fire resistant performance, reducing weight, thinning the thickness, superior in sound insulating performance, and causing little a warp.
This fireproof/fire resistant panel is formed by combining a thermally expansive fire resistant material 3, and a ligneous plate 4. The thermally expansive fire resistant material 3 includes an inorganic filler by 70 to 500 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin and/or a rubber-like substance and/or a thermoplastic resin; includes a layered inorganic substance expanding at least in heating by 10 to 150 pts.wt. among the inorganic filler; and has the thickness of 0.1 to 4 mm. The ligneous plate 4 is formed of a stile material 1 having density of 0.4 g/cm3 or more, and a core material 2 having density of 0.6 g/cm3 or less; has the density of the stile material relatively larger than the density of the core material; is formed by combining the stile material 1 and the core material 2 in any of a squarish eight shape, a vertical rectangular shape with two horizontal parallel lines inside, a cross-in square shape, a ladder shape, and a grating shape; and is formed by laminating the expansive fire resistant material 3 on at least one surface and/or the inside of the ligneous plate 4.
