Title:
HEAT/OIL RESISTANT ROLLING BEARING AND COMPRESSOR ROLLING BEARING FOR REFRIGERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008032218
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a heat/oil resistant rolling bearing for avoiding the deterioration of lubricating oil by preventing a trace amount of a low molecular weight polymer, an additive or a coloring agent remaining in a resin cage from being released from a resin body, and to provide a compressor rolling bearing for a refrigerator for avoiding the deterioration of refrigeration oil and the malfunction of a capillary tube of a refrigerating cycle.

The heat/oil resistant rolling bearing comprises the cage which is formed of a one-or-more-type crystalline resin having a melting point of 280C or higher, selected from a polyamide resin (polyamide 4-6, polyamide 6T or polyamide 9T), a polyphenylene sulfide and polyether ketone. The cage formed of the resin having a predetermined melting point or higher resists to a high temperature lower than the predetermined melting point without dispersing resin components into liquid outside the bearing. Since the bearing is formed of the crystalline resin, the liquid outside the bearing is hardly absorbed by the resin and the low molecular weight polymer, the additive or the coloring agent is hardly released from the resin body.
