Abstract:
To provide a preparation for suppressing the disease of the colorectal alimentary tract, especially, the progress of colonic cancer by containing specified pancreatin resistant starch in high ratio.
The preparation is provided by containing the pancreatin resistant starch (RS) more than 55% (W/W) while having a DSC fusion peak temperature lower than 115°C based on aged and debranched potato starch, tapioca, high-amylose starch, corn. wheat and bean starch composed of α-glucan of DP from 10 to 35 mainly and having <10 of dextrose equivalent.
