Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an aerobic resistive movement brace to supplement aerobic exercise by giving a resistance to movement of the limbs of a user during exercise, by jointing a wear which the user puts on, with anchor members rut to the ends of the limbs with junction means and making one end of them elastic. CONSTITUTION: The aerobic resistive movement brace 30 has a wear 48 to put on the body and anchor members 12, 20 put on to the hand or the foot. Junctions 32, 34, 36, 38, 39 made from elastic material are put jointed with the wear 48 and the anchor members 12, 20, which would charge loads on to the action of the arms or legs during exercise. An end of a cord 32 is attached to a shoe 12 through the loop 52 of a waist belt 50 while the other end is attached to the loop 18 of a glove 20. An end of a cord 34 is attached to another shoe 12 through the loop 52 of a waist belt 50 while the other end is attached to the loop 56 of the shoulder.
