Abstract:
To provide a resistor element capable of detecting a time elapsed from the change in a resistance value based upon the progress of diffusion.
A resistor member for detecting a time elapsed from the change in a resistance value based upon the progress of diffusion consists of mutually joining a copper material and a tin material or a tin alloy material. The alloy of tin and at least one of lead, indium, bismuth, silver, and cadmium can be used as the tin alloy material.
