To simplify an assembling step, not to easily generate thermoelectric current and to obtain a resistor having a high precision resistance by integrally forming a resistor part and terminal parts by the same material.
A device is constituted of a resistor part 10, molding material 13 covering the surface of the resistor part 10 and terminal parts 11. The terminal parts 11 extend from both terminals of the resistor part 10 and project from the molding material 13, and a metal plating layer 12 is formed on the surface. The resistor part 10 and the terminal parts 11 are integrally formed by the same material. The resistor part 10 and the terminal parts 11 are constituted of copper-nickel alloy, iron-chrome alloy, nickel-chrome alloy, copper- manganese alloy and so on. PSP is used for molding material which constitutes the molding material 13. The metal plating layer 12 is made of solder. This means attempts to simplify a manufacturing step of the resistor and to suppress a variability of resistance in minimum.
