Abstract:
To provide a resistor temperature fuse capable of contributing to improvement in reliability.
The resistor temperature fuse is provided with a substrate, a first temperature fuse element installed on the substrate, a second temperature fuse element which is installed on the substrate and is arranged with a spacing between the first temperature fuse element in plan view, and a heating resistor which is installed in the substrate and is installed respectively in a region overlapping with the first temperature fuse element in perspective plan view and a region overlapping with the second temperature fuse element.
