To provide a resistor with a thermal fuse corresponding to thinning of an installed equipment, without increasing the number of manufacturing processes or components and with high production efficiency with a simple structure.

A lead wire 3a of a resistor 3 connected with a lead wire of a thermal fuse 4 is bent nearly at right angles toward a bottom face direction of a case 2 in the vicinity of a resistor body at the resistor 3 as a connecting lead wire. Then a hole 2d is fitted at a position to be in contact with a tip which is bent at a right angle of a connecting lead wire 3a on a bottom surface of the case 2, and the connecting lead wire 3a of the resistor 3 is led outside the case from the hole 2d.
