Abstract:
To provide a resonator having a small variation in electrical characteristics and a good Q value, and a filter using the same.SOLUTION: A resonator 10 includes: a dielectric substrate 14 including a first dielectric layer 15A and a second dielectric layer 15B having a higher relative dielectric constant than the first dielectric layer; a first shielding conductor 12A formed on one main surface side of the dielectric substrate on which the first dielectric layer is located; a first strip line 18A facing the first shielding conductor, formed in the dielectric substrate such that a part of the first dielectric layer is sandwiched between the first shielding conductor and the first strip line; and a via electrode portion 20 formed at least in the second dielectric layer and having one end connected to the first strip line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
