SOLUTION: The resource competition check device 30 is provided with a starting point information setting part 36 for extracting an instruction to become the object of resource competition based on the kinds of instructions and extracting the number of stages to become the object of resource competition for this instruction and a tract part 37 for judging whether or not the resource competition is to occur based on the address and stage number of instruction extracted by the starting point information setting part 36.
