Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the efficient resource managing system by setting priority at the time of the selection of a resource, subject by subject, and selecting the resource to be operated on the basis of the set priority.

CONSTITUTION: A processor 100 when executing a process searches a run queue for linked process control table entries 130, 131, and 13m and selects the entry having the top priority among priority levels 1600, 1601, and 16mn for selecting a process that the processor executes. After processes that the processors 100, 101, 102, and 10n execute are selected and executed, the priority levels for selecting the processes that the processors having executed the processes execute are increased in the process control table entries for controlling the executed processes so that the processes are executed on the same processors as much as possible.
