By generating an electromagnetic wave so as to oppose the fellow same pole to each other in an electromagnetic wave shield for a car receiving bogie and an axle, repulsive force is generated, the receiving bogie obtains a magnetic lift, car weight applied to a bearing for an axle disappears, secretion of a substance melting a metal is prevented while smoothly rotating the bearing without creaking. Accordingly, breaking and a destruction phenomenon caused by the bearing are prevented, and by making a bearing box an air-cooled type, cavitation of a bearing itself is prevented.
