Abstract:
To provide a respiration device for reducing a risk from an air mediation pathogen by using an ultraviolet light-emitting diode.SOLUTION: A respiration device includes a face mask part sized so as to cover a lower part of a wearer's face. The face mask part includes a fluid chamber. The fluid chamber includes: a first opening disposed near a first edge of the fluid chamber; a second opening disposed near a second edge of the fluid chamber; and a meandering passage disposed between the first opening and the second opening. At least one light-emitting diode configured so as to emit light having a peak wavelength within an ultraviolet range is disposed within the meandering passage. At least one light-emitting diode is disposed deviating from a center line orientated along a direction of an air flow through the meandering passage.SELECTED DRAWING: None
