Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not possible to quickly select a maintenance person who responds to a failure having a high degree of urgency, and to dispatch the maintenance person to a field facility.SOLUTION: A temporary responder extraction unit included by a responder extraction device extracts a candidate of a temporary responder who performs temporary responding, from maintenance persons, when the temporary responding is possible for the facility on the basis of facility state information, and transmits the candidate of the temporary responder to an information terminal. The responder extraction unit extracts the candidate of the responder who performs the responding to the facility from the maintenance persons, and transmits the candidate of the responder to the information terminal. Then, the information terminal allocates the maintenance person selected from the candidates of the temporary responder received from the temporary responder extraction unit as the temporary responder, and allocates the maintenance person selected from the candidates of the responder received from the responder extraction unit as the responder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
