Abstract:
PURPOSE: To calculate an estimated response amount from past customer information and the customer information of an estimation target and to decide the number of delivery of a catalog in a response manpower estimating system which estimates response manpower when the catalog is delivered to a customer.
CONSTITUTION: This system is constituted in such a way that an estimation response amount calculating means 2 which calculates the response amount of an individual customer when the catalog is delivered from the customer information of the individual customer to whom the catalog is delivered, and an estimation response manpower calculating means 4 which estimates the response manpower when the catalog is delivered for an arbitrary customer group based on information with respect to a past response amount by the catalog and information with respect to the estimated response amount found by the estimation response amount calculating means are provided.
