Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration control circuit for reducing driving currents, a fuse cutting time, and the size of a semiconductor chip.
SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with an input and output restoration control part 30 for outputting a main sense amplifier disable signal MSADIS, input and output restoration control signal RI0, input and output enable signal IOEN, and restoration sense amplifier enable signal RSAEN according to a column coding signal RECOL and a block restoration control signal RB, main sense amplifying part 40 for amplifying data according to the main sense amplifier disable signal MSADIS and the sense amplifier enable signal SAEN, restoration sense amplifying part 50 for amplifying data according to the input and output restoration control signal IOEN, restoration sense amplifier enable signal RSAEN, and sense amplifier enable signal SAEN, and multiplexer 70 for selectively outputting the data amplified by the main sense amplifying part 40 or the restoration sense amplifying part 50.
