To provide a restoration intention determination support device and a restoration intention determination support method that plan individual operations in restoration from a power failure of a power distribution system and then make a restoration work plan taking an individual operation plan into consideration so as to achieve power failure restoration for as many users as possible as early as possible.SOLUTION: There is provided a restoration intention determination support device for reconnecting a power system section disconnected owing to an accident of a power system to the power system, and the restoration intention determination support device comprises: an individual operation plan part which defines switch sections divided with adjacent switches in the disconnected power system section, and makes an individual operation plan including, as an individual operation section, a switch section having at least a decentralized power supply therein or arranged with a power supply vehicle; the individual operation plan part making an individual operation plan including, as an independent operation section, a switch section in which facilities having accident or damage are present in the power system; and a restoration work plan part which makes a restoration work plan for an individual operation section in which facilities having accident or damage are present in the switch section among the individual operation plans that the individual operation plan part generates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
