PURPOSE: To confirm the correct transmission of a message to an objective node by a user on the transmission side by providing a display means to output confirmed transmitted and distributed results.

CONSTITUTION: A transfer message input means 1 inputs the message to be transferred from a user terminal 5 of a host processor, and a transmitted result confirming means 2 transmits the transfer message inputted by the transfer message input means 1 to the node of a communicating party, confirms and stores the result. A distributed result confirming means 3 receives the distributed result at the node of the communicating party for the transfer message transmitted by the transmitted result confirming means 2 from the node of the communicating party and stores the received result. A display means 4 displays the transmitted result stored by the transmitted result confirming means 2 and the distributed result stored by the distributed result confirming means 3 at the user terminal 5. Thus, it is confirmed whether the correct transfer of the message is successfully made to the final receiver (user) or not.
