Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise of a retainer by reducing the friction area between an inner surface of a pocket 7 and a rolling surface of a roller.
SOLUTION: A holding guide surface 15 having a radius of curvature which is slightly larger than the radius of curvature of a rolling surface is provided on an inner surface of a pocket 7. The width of the holding guide surface 15 is unchanged in the circumferential direction of the pocket 7. A part away from the holding guide surface 15 is a non-holding guide surface 16 which is not brought into slidable contact with the rolling surface.
