Abstract:

To effectively suppress remaining of a solvent to an article to be washed after washing and to enhance cleanliness by washing.

The retaining device 1 for the article to be washed for retaining the article to be washed and immersed in a washing tank is provided with a tray 10 arranged with the article to be washed; a surrounding member 11 standingly provided on an article-to-be-washed arrangement surface of the tray and surrounding the periphery of the article to be washed; and a removal restriction member 20 for restricting that the article to be washed is removed by separation from the tray. An opening for making a solvent used at washing flowing out/in relatively to the article to be washed is formed on the periphery of the article 5 to be washed surrounded by the surrounding member 11.
