Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively make use of space even in a narrow road and prevent posts such as electric poles or traffic signs from hindering traffics.
CONSTITUTION: A retaining device is composed of a constituting member 10 of a side drain made at the side of a road and a cylindrical insertion member 16 installed together with the side drain constitution member 10 and fixed with a post 25 fitted therein. The cylindrical insertion member 16 is welded with a metallic fitting 12 fitted to the upper part of the side drain constitution member 10.
