To surely prevent drop out of a nut, even when installing a head part of a bolt and the nut in an immersed state.
This fastening structure to a wheel 2 by the bolt 3 and the nut 4 of a brake disc 11, has a fastening part in a sliding part 11a. A groove 11c is arranged in the vicinity of a sliding surface 11aa of a through-hole 11b arranged in the sliding part 11a of the brake disc 11. A projection part 12b is arranged in a C shape in a plan view in this groove 11c in the depth of an inner peripheral part opposed to a central position of an opening part 12a so that the length L1 in the radial direction of the inner peripheral part passing through the central position of an opening part 12a when assuming that there is no opening part 12a, becomes shorter than the length L2 in the radial direction of the inner peripheral part on a line orthogonal in the center of an inscribed circle C to a line passing through the central position of the opening part 12a. A retaining ring 12 is fitted so that the length L3 in the radial direction of an outer peripheral part on the line orthogonal in the center of the inscribed circle C to the line passing through the central position of the opening part 12a, becomes longer than an inner peripheral diameter of the groove 11c. Thus, drop out of the nut and the bolt used for fastening can be surely prevented.
