Title:
RETENTION BOLT/NUT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2022013527
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To satisfy a requirement that a mechanism and a necessary component which are adapted to the attachment of a bolt and a nut in all directions, and can cope with vibration from all the directions should be remodeled while solving a problem that, when the bolt and the nut are exposed for a long period of time even if they are fastened, the bolt slides by its own fateful structure, also when minute and slight loosening occurs between the bolt and the nut at a spiral contact face, the bolt and the nut are loosened by return rotation, and a fastening axial force is lowered.SOLUTION: A loosened tapered conical cone protrusion is formed at an upper nut, two nuts are made to tightly adhere to each other and fixed by screwing the upper nut to a lower nut by the same conical socket recess, a bolt is screwed up by screwing one nut, and a reaction force is generated at the bolt, thus not causing loosening. A slightly-decentered screw is arranged at the upper nut, an eccentric core center line of the nut is pulled up to a bolt center line by the screwing of the nut to the conical socket and the bolt which is fixed to a cone, and the engagement of the bolt and the screw of the nut is fixed at a slide spiral contact face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
