Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the maintenance of excellent quality such as taste of corn, by putting raw corn in a retort pouch, hermetically sealing the pouch and heat- treating the content before the retort pouch is filled with gases generated by the respiratory action of the corn.
CONSTITUTION: Shucked raw corn is put into a retort pouch, completely sealed in vacuum and quickly heat-treated before the retort pouch is filled with gases generated by the respiratory action of the corn.
