PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition having excellent stability even after the lapse of time, rapidly drying properties, and retouching function, by mixing an organic solvent, a white TiO2 pigment, an acrylic ester resin, and a titanate coupling agent.

CONSTITUTION: 30W60wt.% organic solvent (e.g., cryclohexane) is mixed with 20W60wt.% white TiO2 pigment (e.g., rutile TiO2), 3W20wt.% acrylic ester resin having a solubility parameter of 9.0 or lower, a glass transition point of 0°C or higher, and an acid value of 0W10, 0.05W3wt.% titanate coupling agent of the formula (wherein OR is a hydrolyzable alkoxyl group; R' is a non-hydrolyzable higher alkyl group; x+y=4, y≤3), and if required, a dispersing agent, an anti-settling agent, etc. to form a uniform dispersion.
