Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing-type water level adjusting lock gate that enables water level adjustment to be made readily, enhances durability, and is buried completely under a furrow so as not to interfere with other work and therefore enhances convenience.SOLUTION: A housing-type water level adjusting lock gate includes: a T-shaped pipe 2 made by connecting a horizontal pipe 21 and a vertical pipe 22; a water cutoff pipe 3 having a plurality of drainage holes 31 formed in an axial direction, a valve body 33 provided at a lower edge part, and an opening/closing operation part 34 provided at a top part; and a water level adjustment sliding body 4 formed to be slidable in a vertical direction along an outer peripheral surface of the water cutoff pipe 3, and opening the drainage hole 31 when a slide operation part 42 is operated. The opening/closing operation part 34 and the slide operation part 42 are entirely housed in the vertical pipe 22 of the T-shaped pipe 2. An openable lid 26 is provided at a top part of the vertical pipe 22, for operating the opening/closing operation part 34 and the slide operation part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
