To provide a retreatment system which sorts waste carried into a treatment site according to characteristics for its stabilization, and properly stabilizes for each kind, thereby quickly and economically stabilizes reclaimed waste, reduces probability of leakage of harmful waste, and enables recycling of resources.
In this retreatment system of reclaimed waste, a waste treatment tank 1 has its upper surface opened and comprises a water-tight bottom wall 11 and a peripheral wall 12 surrounding it to prevent dissolving and leakage of harmful substances. The inside of tank is divided into reclaimed blocks A, B and C with partition walls 13, 14. A work platform 4 with a re-excavation and retreatment facility 5 of reclaimed waste placed thereon is arranged on the tank 1, reciprocatingly movably with moving rails or wheels 41 among the linearly arranged reclaimed blocks, that is, the primary reclaimed waste stabilizing block A, the secondary re-excavation substance recycling reclaimed block B and the final reclaiming and stabilizing block C.
