PURPOSE: To collate a seal and so on by retrieval operation through a transaction window device by outputting picture data retrieved from a registration file on a display or printer in accordance with retrieval demand data inputted from a transaction window device.
CONSTITUTION: When seal collation becomes necessary and a seal is retrieved in any of on-line tellers' machines (OTM) 11a, 11b,..., a retrieval instruction button is depressed after an operational button is depressed to obtain an account number, and an output specification button is pushed. Instructions are transmitted to a control part 6a by a transfer function of a controller 2a together with an OTM discrimination signal. In this control part 6a, any of CRTs 8a, 8b,... printers 9a, 9b..., in correspondence to TOMs 11a, 11b,..., which demand retrieval from a connecting destination setting table 13 by a connecting destination selecting part 12, is selected and connected. Image data retrieved by an account number from a registering file 7 are outputted on either a CRT display or printer.
