To provide a retroreflective sheet in which letters or a pattern having superior visibility for information transmission can be easily and inexpensively formed and the peeling of a film layer is hardly caused during use.
The retroreflective sheet is obtained by disposing a colored transparent film layer with an adhesive having a color different film the color of reflected light from a reflective substrate on the substrate in a peelable state. When the retroreflective sheet is used, part of the transparent film layer is cut off in such a way that the desired shape is formed by the transparent film layer. Peeling power between the transparent film layer and the reflective substrate is ≥7 N/25 mm in the cutting. The transparent film layer has 0.2 to <3.0 GPa Young's modulus, ≥30 MPa tensile strength and ≥50% elongation.
