The return implement 100 for the toy device includes an endless frame body 110, connecting members 120 and an elastic sheet 130. The connecting members 120 are laid over the endless frame body 110, and the elastic sheet 130 is stretched over the endless frame body 110. The return implement 100 for the toy device is connected to the upper part of the toy device by the connecting members 120.
