Abstract:

To provide a thin reused nonwoven fabric sheet having necessary strength and excellent surface appearance at a low cost and easily in spite of using regenerated fibers from used nonwoven fabric.

The reused nonwoven fabric sheet is obtained by integrating a virgin fiber surface layer that is composed of a virgin polyolefin fiber and has thickness of ≤1.0 mm with a regenerated fiber back layer that is composed of regenerated polyolefin fibers and has thickness of ≤1.0 mm.
