PURPOSE: To make a reversal point constant and facilitate assembling by pinching a sheet of a thin spring material to form a reversal spring with the preset shape and pushing it to reverse.
CONSTITUTION: Both side leg sections 9a and 9b and a center leg section 9c of a reversal spring are formed by punching a thin spring material, and a tip 9d is tapered. A projection 9e is formed by step bending at rear end sides of both side leg sections, and both side leg sections 9a and 9b are brought near to each other on the same plane. Dish spring-shaped curved faces with a large curvature are formed on notch sections 9f and 9f provided on outsides of both side leg sections 9a and 9b respectively. This curved quantity is made constant, thus the reversing operation at the constant reversal point is performed by pushing the center leg section 9c. The reversal spring 9 is incorporated in a contact mechanism section, and the center leg section 9c is pushed by the action of a heat element 1 to perform the reversing operation.
