To turn on a switch of MOSFET to supply power to a desired circuit without use of a boost circuit to prevent reverse current when a battery is reversely connected using the MOSFET.
A load circuit is provided between the source of MOSFET 130 and a holder for loading a battery and the gate of the MOSFET 130 is connected to the same electrode as the load circuit is connected. As a result, when a battery is correctly connected, the electromotive force of the battery 114 is applied to the MOSFET 130. Though voltage that passed through the load circuit 120 is also applied to the source of the MOSFET 130, voltage drop occurs in the load circuit 120 and, as a result, the gate-source voltage is increased. Therefore, it is possible to turn on the switch of the MOSFET 130 to supply power to the load circuit 120 without use of a boost circuit.
