Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock-type reverse input block clutch which is easy in the manufacturing and assembling of a part, and easy in size reduction.SOLUTION: With respect to input torque, a cam receiver 2 which is slidably and rotatably incorporated into an internal peripheral cylindrical face of a housing main body 5a integrally rotates together with an input shaft 1, an eccentric cam 4 which is relatively and rotatably incorporated in an eccentric hole 2a of the cam receiver 2 eccentrically rotates, and an output shaft 3 thereby rotates integrally with the eccentric cam 4. With respect to reverse input torque, the eccentric rotation of the output shaft 3 around an eccentric axial line Oof the eccentric cam 4 is regulated and locked at a peripheral edge of an output shaft support hole 5d of a housing 5, and the rotation is not transmitted to the input shaft 1 from the output shaft 3. By this constitution, complicated processing at the manufacturing of a part is dispensed with, the number of part items can be reduced, a space for assembling a conventional roller and a spring becomes unnecessary, and the size reduction of a clutch can be achieved as a whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
