Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact of an elastic member for pressing rollers with a fixed member, in a lock-type reverse input prevention clutch using the rollers as engagement elements.SOLUTION: A leaf spring 10 is used as an elastic member which is assembled into a wedge-shaped space 12 which is formed between a cam face 3b of an inner ring 3 being a part of an output-side member and an internal peripheral cylinder face of an outer ring 5 being a part of a fixed member in a state of being sandwiched by a pair of rollers 9, and pushes the rollers 9 into a narrowed part of the wedge-shaped space 12 at both end parts, tip-side portions of both end parts of the leaf spring 10 are bent to the outside of an elongation/contraction direction, an inside engagement part 10a which is engaged with a semi-cylindrical face at a side facing the cam face 3b of the rollers 9 is formed, and the movement of the leaf spring 10 to the outside of a clutch radial direction is regulated. Even if a centrifugal force acts on the leaf spring 10 at the transmission of rotation to an output side from an input side, the leaf spring 10 is thereby prevented from being contacting with the internal peripheral cylinder face of the outer ring 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
