PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively provide a clock enclosing part forming a member instantly and reversibly changing in an object color according to a kind of light source by constituting so as to have particulates composed of one kind or two or more kinds of rare earth oxides expressed by a specific formula and a light transmissive base material by dispersing these particulates.
SOLUTION: A reversible discoloring composition has particulates composed of one kind or two or more kinds of rare earth oxides expressed by a formula M2O3 (here, M shows Ho, Nd or Pr) and a light transmissive base material by dispersing these particulates. The average particle size of the rare earth oxide particulates is set to about several μm to 100 μm. A backing plating layer 2 is formed on the upper surface of a dial base board 1 composed of brass and nickel silver, and a finishing layer 3 is applied thereafter. A white layer 4 is also partially applied as backing printing to improve efficiency of a color change, and a color changing layer 5 is formed on the upper surface of the white layer 4. An abbreviated form 6 is arranged on the finishing layer 3, and a dial leg 7 is arranged on the under surface of the dial base board 1.
