Title:
REVERSIBLE HEAT-SENSITIVE MAGNETIC RECORDING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06340175
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a reversible heat-sensitive magnetic recording material which records visible information and non-visible information necessary optionally at any time on one sheet of a recording material, repeated writing and erasure are possible and an image recording the visible information is superior in contrast.

CONSTITUTION: A reversible heat-sensitive recording layer consisting mainly of a dye precursor, which is ordinarily colorless or light-colored, and a reversible developer, which allows the dye precursor to generate a color tone change by a difference in cooling rates after heating, is provided on one surface of a substrate and a magnetic recording layer consisting mainly of magnetic powder and a binder is provided on the reversible heat-sensitive recording layer and/or any other place and/or on the other surface of the substrate.
