To provide a reversible pouch which has an outer material and a lining respectively composed of materials having properties contradictory to each other such as waterproofness and water absorbency and is constituted reversible, and consequently is adaptable to various usage.

The reversible pouch 1 with a reversible inside and outside includes a bag-like pouch body 10 with an opening part K through which articles are put in and taken out from an inside storage part S and a fastener 20 for opening/closing the opening part K, and the pouch body 10 is provided with a sheet-like outer material 11 and lining 12 having mutually contradictory properties (waterproofness and water absorbency), and the outer material 11 and the lining 12 are reversible in inside and outside through the opening part K by opening the fastener 20.
